Shegerian & Associates is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to guide injured clients through a stressful process with calm, organized support from intake to settlement.

You will coordinate medical treatments, insurance, and liens, while keeping clients informed and attorneys aligned. This role emphasizes empathy, proactive problem solving, and reliable, cross‑department collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in personal injury case management.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible for extended hours to support deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a warm, reliable point of contact guiding clients through the process and making them feel supported at every step
• Coordinate medical treatment and records; track insurance and liens
• Attend attorney meetings; maintain case blueprints and the case management tracker
• Schedule depositions, medical examinations, mediations, and hearings
• Keep cases moving from intake to settlement; follow up on deadlines and actions
• Assemble and coordinate demand packages; monitor demand and settlement deadlines
