Job summary

Law Firms is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a Plaintiff Personal Injury background to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle auto accident litigation, manage complex cases through trial, and independently lead all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities include managing 70–80 active matters, handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial as first-chair counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Prior Plaintiff Personal Injury experience is required
• Auto accident litigation experience is strongly preferred
• Proven trial experience and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $300,000. Compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as geographic market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
