Job summary

Stealth Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will lead Plaintiff Personal Injury matters, including auto accident litigation, and independently manage all phases of litigation through trial. This position offers an opportunity to take over an established caseload as trial volume increases.

Qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active California Bar license.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Prior Plaintiff Personal Injury experience is required.
• Auto accident litigation experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven trial experience and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 70–80 active Plaintiff Personal Injury matters.
• Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft, file, and argue law and motion matters.
• Prepare cases for trial and independently serve as first-chair trial counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic case guidance.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $350,000. Compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as geographic market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
