Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in California to independently manage a substantial caseload across all litigation phases. You will join a fast-paced, plaintiff-side firm with a tech-enabled team and strong mentor support.

The ideal candidate is a confident, results-driven litigator with strong deposition skills, exceptional case management, and a passion for representing injured clients in a collaborative environment. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• 0–10 years of general civil litigation experience and strong deposition skills.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions and case negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 70–80 PI matters from inception to settlement or trial.
• Conduct and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, witnesses, and experts.
• Draft discovery requests, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Evaluate merits, develop strategies, and negotiate favorable settlements.
• Maintain consistent client communication and coordinate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys for efficient case progression.

Position Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a rapidly growing plaintiff-side law firm. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage a substantial caseload, handle all phases of litigation, and work alongside an experienced legal team equipped with modern technology and dedicated support staff.

The ideal candidate is a confident, results-driven litigator with strong deposition skills, excellent case management abilities, and a passion for advocating for injured clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $400,000 / annually, DOE

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 70–80 personal injury litigation matters from inception through settlement or trial
• Conduct and defend depositions involving plaintiffs, defendants, witnesses, and experts
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court proceedings
• Evaluate case merits, develop litigation strategies, and negotiate favorable settlements
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams
• Collaborate with paralegals, litigation assistants, and senior attorneys to ensure efficient case progression and successful outcomes

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• 0–10 years of legal experience, with a strong foundation in general civil litigation
• Demonstrated experience conducting and defending depositions
• Knowledge of mediation, settlement negotiations, case evaluation, and litigation procedures
• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Familiarity with Filevine or similar legal case management software preferred
