Job summary

Law Firms is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a Plaintiff Personal Injury background to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle auto accident litigation, manage complex cases through trial, and independently lead all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities include managing 70–80 active matters, handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial as first-chair counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Prior Plaintiff Personal Injury experience is required
• Auto accident litigation experience is strongly preferred
• Proven trial experience and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 70-80 active Plaintiff Personal Injury matters.
• Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft, file, and argue law and motion matters.
• Prepare cases for trial and independently serve as first-chair trial counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic case guidance.
