Mission Recruiting, LLC partners with an established plaintiff-side personal injury firm to hire an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who will independently manage a substantial litigation caseload.

This role offers autonomy, a steady pipeline of cases, and a focus on strategy and resolution without business development duties. Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, DOE. Competitive compensation and robust benefits included.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
• Proven ability to independently manage a substantial litigation caseload.
• Strong negotiation, case evaluation, and litigation management skills.

The Opportunity

An established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to independently manage a substantial litigation caseload. This position offers significant autonomy, a consistent pipeline of cases, and the ability to focus on litigation strategy and resolution without business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage approximately 80 litigated personal injury matters.
• Develop litigation strategies, evaluate claims, and lead settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Handle discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trials when appropriate.
• Exercise independent judgment over case strategy, valuation, and resolution.
• Maintain an organized docket and advance cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience, with meaningful plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage a substantial litigation caseload.
• Strong negotiation, case evaluation, and litigation management skills.
• Working knowledge of California civil litigation procedures.
• $150,000–$300,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
