Job summary

Stealth Law Firm in California is seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing litigation team. You’ll manage plaintiff PI cases from intake through resolution, with real ownership of your docket and meaningful courtroom exposure.

The annual base salary ranges up to $200,000, depending on experience, with opportunities to grow your trial practice by handling motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and significant negotiations.

Qualifications

• Prior personal injury litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred.
• California bar admission in good standing.
• Strong litigation skills and the ability to manage cases independently.
• Trial experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff PI cases from intake through resolution.
• Handle motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and general negligence.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Handle court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial and work closely with partners on strategy.

Up to $200,000 Base Salary

A growing California litigation boutique is looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
