Ascendion is representing a Los Angeles area plaintiff personal injury firm seeking experienced attorneys to manage litigation and resolve disputes for Personal Injury claims. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in PI litigation, a CA Bar license, and strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities include developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. Knowledge of insurance law and defense litigation is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California and in good standing.
• 1+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance law, regulations, and court procedures.
• Proven experience handling insurance defense litigation cases independently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

Responsabilités

• Manage litigation cases and resolve disputes for Personal Injury claims.
• Develop agreements and negotiate contracts related to claims.
• Settle or litigate claims, pursuing favorable resolutions for clients.
• Advocate for clients in court and during negotiations.

We are working with a highly respected Plaintiff Personal Injury firm in the Los Angeles area. They are seeking experienced Attorneys, who will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of Personal Injury claims clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court.

Ideal Candidate:

1+ years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation.

Must Have:

California Bar license

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
