Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to manage a busy caseload for a plaintiff firm in the Los Angeles area. You will develop agreements, negotiate settlements, set claims, and advocate for clients in court.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of PI litigation experience, holds a California Bar license, and understands insurance law and court procedures. Strong analytical, negotiation, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• 1+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
• Extensive knowledge of insurance law, regulations, and court procedures
• Proven experience handling insurance defense litigation independently
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software

Job description

We are working with a highly respected Plaintiff Personal Injury firm in the Los Angeles area. They are seeking experienced Attorneys, who will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of Personal Injury claims clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court.

Ideal Candidate:

1+ years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation.

Must Have:

California Bar license

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California and good standing
• 1+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
