Job Title: Personal & Event Assistant (Part-Time)

Location:Atlanta, GA

Compensation:$15-$20/hr Depending On Experience

About the Role:

von Eaton House, an Atlanta-based branding and marketing agency, is seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedPersonal and Event Assistantto join our team. This multifaceted, part-time role supports both personal executive needs and high-end event execution. From coordinating refreshments and VIP guest service to on-site logistics and behind-the-scenes content capture, this role requires someone proactive, reliable, and polished in both appearance and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and VIP Guest Service:

Deliver exceptional, polished service to clients and guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.

Personal Assistant Support to Director:

Assist the director during events, workshops, and photoshoots—handling scheduling, personal errands, correspondence, and setup logistics.

Style and manage elegant food and beverage stations that align with the event’s aesthetic and brand.

Pre & Post-Event Setup:

Assist with decor, seating, signage, and logistics before events. Handle breakdown and cleanup afterward to maintain a clean and organized venue.

Capture high-quality behind-the-scenes video content and event moments using a smartphone or personal camera (editing not required).

Errand Running:

Pick up supplies, handle deliveries, and manage last-minute needs with speed and efficiency.

General Cleaning & Organization:

Maintain cleanliness of work and event spaces before, during, and after events.

Flexibility:

Willingness to take on varied tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities during fast-paced event days.

Qualifications:

Appearance & Demeanor:

Maintains a polished, professional appearance and carries themselves with grace and confidence while working alongside Rebecca Lynn Pope and her executive team.

Experience:1–3 years in event assistance, personal assistant work, or similar experience preferred; background in marketing a plus.

Soft Skills:Warm, kind, organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and dependable.

Punctuality & Reliability:

Must be consistently on time and able to manage tasks without constant oversight.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with VIPs, team members, and vendors professionally.

Transportation:

Must have reliable personal transportation to fulfill responsibilities across various event locations.
