Job Description

Title: Sr. Event Coordinator - Ticket and Event Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Remote)

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $22/Hr

Responsibilities
  1. Connect with leaders and stakeholders to understand client and internal priorities for ticket event pipeline management.
  2. Ensure electronic tickets are available and easy to use across all vendors.
  3. Manage day-to-day processes including notification of events, pricing, and approvals.
  4. Create and monitor general ticket email communication.
  5. Administer Ticket Management System (TMS), including manual data entry and activity monitoring.
  6. Coordinate ticket distribution and collect feedback from venue users.
  7. Participate in team calls and leverage venues for networking and marketplace activities.
  8. Assess contracts, understand terms, and plan utilization strategies.
  9. Maintain relationships with external vendors and explore new ticket expansion opportunities.
  10. Publish periodic ticket and event communications for PPMDs.
  11. Process vendor invoices, analyze ticket utilization, and collaborate on scheduling strategies.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with PPMDs and stakeholders, balancing priorities and escalation.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as per event schedules.
  • Prior customer service experience.

The contractor must be prepared to work evening and weekend shifts as required by the event schedule.
