The Charleston Place is seeking a personable Personal Concierge who represents the hotel and Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC across guest interactions. You own the guest experience from arrival to departure, anticipate needs, and tailor services to create memorable stays with seamless service.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating with Housekeeping and Engineering, handling requests with composure under pressure, and building rapport to exceed expectations during peak hours

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with guest- and service-orientation.
• Fluent and professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively represents the hotel and Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC in all guest interactions.
• Maintains communication with guests during their stay and actioning guest requests.
• Ensures guest rooms are tailored to guest preferences.
• Provides the welcome and check-in experience for guests arriving on property.
• Provides packing and unpacking services.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping and Engineering and builds rapport with guests pre-, during-, and post-stay.
• Works during evenings, weekends, and holidays while leading the team.
