Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC) in Charleston’s luxury boutique seeks a Retail Attendant who can blend concierge‑level guest service with intimate product knowledge. You will greet guests warmly, provide personalized shopping assistance, and ensure every interaction reflects Forbes 5‑Star standards.

You will handle POS transactions, assist with wrapping and delivery to guest rooms, maintain an elegant boutique environment, and collaborate with spa, concierge, and front office to fulfill

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, guest service, or hospitality experience.
• Experience in a Forbes 5-Star or AAA Five Diamond hotel or resort is highly desirable.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer operations.
• Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, using guest names when known.
• Provide personalized shopping assistance and product recommendations.
• Build rapport with guests, including VIP clientele, and maintain records of preferences.
• Process all POS transactions accurately and handle exchanges.
• Wrap purchases and deliver to guest rooms or coordinate with Concierge.
• Maintain a pristine boutique environment and assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with retail team, spa, concierge, and front office to fulfill requests.
• Assist with boutique events and inventory processes.
