Right at Home, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and disabled adults in their homes across North Central Indianapolis and surrounding counties. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, and quick shift bonuses are among the benefits.

Caregivers provide personal care, homemaking, and companionship under an established plan of care, with paid mileage and holiday pay available. Experience is a plus; CNA/HHAs are welcome to apply.

Caregiver Essential Functions

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
• Ambulation
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assists with feeding
• Engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation)
• Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Meal Preparation in accordance to instruction
• Performing homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.

Caregiver Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured and reliable automobile
• Communicate effectively with office staff regularly
• Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff
