Right at Home Indianapolis Southeast, IN is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors and disabled adults in North Central Indianapolis and surrounding counties. We offer flexible schedules and immediate openings across all shifts.

Caregivers perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship per an established plan of care. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; full- and part-time roles available.

Caregiver Essential Functions

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
• Ambulation
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assists with feeding
• Engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation)
• Performs patient‑specific activities that are taught by a nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Meal Preparation in accordance to instruction
• Performing homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
