Job summary

Right at Home, LLC is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in‑home care for seniors and disabled adults in North Central Indianapolis and surrounding counties. Roles include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and engagement activities.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for quick shift bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and holiday pay. Prior CNA/HHA experience is a plus; drivers welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred; Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides a plus.
• Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from staff.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable automobile.

Responsibilities

Caregiver Essential Functions

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair)
• Ambulation
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assists with feeding
• Engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation)
• Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Meal Preparation in accordance to instruction
• Performing homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.

Caregiver Qualifications

• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
• Dependability
• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured and reliable automobile
• Communicate effectively with office staff regularly
• Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff
