Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant in Concord, NH, for full-time, all shifts. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like setting and support daily living activities with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, documenting care, and reporting health changes, along with engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with dementia is desired.

We are looking for a compassionate PCA to join our team, full time all shifts! As a Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
