Benchmark seeks compassionate LNA/HHA/PCA professionals to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting in Concord, NH. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, evenings, and nights.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience working with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize strong customer service to ensure residents receive quality care.

We are looking for compassionate LNA/HHA/PCAs to join our team, full time all shifts! Y our main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Days Evenings 3p-11p

Part Time Days 7a-3p Evenings 3p-11p or Nights 11p-7a

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
