Job summary

Benchmark is seeking compassionate LNA/HHA/CNA professionals to join our care team for full-time and part-time shifts in a warm, home-like environment. You will deliver direct resident care and document health changes while supporting daily activities with empathy.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior skilled nursing or dementia care experience is preferred but not required. We offer training, holidays, health benefits, and retirement plan options.

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for compassionate LNA/HHA/PCAs to join our team, full time all shifts! Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Evenings 3p-11pPart Time Days 7a-3p Evening 3p-11p or Nights 11p-7a

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
