Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Greystone Farm at Salem is seeking compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA/LNA caregivers to deliver care in a warm, home-like environment. Full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities exist, with evening shifts (2p-10p or 3p-11p) and compensation up to $20.50 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include ADLs, documentation, resident engagement, and compassionate support. Prior licensing preferred; dementia experience desired.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred or caregiving experience.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Greystone Farm at Salem is looking for a compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA/LNA and Experienced Caregivers to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Opportunities!

Evenings: 2p-10p or 3p-11p

Up to $20.50/HR based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred or Caregiving Experience
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
