Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, assist with personal care, and help clients stay independent in the home they call own.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and meaningful one-on-one client relationships within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with daily living activities.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
