Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home seeks compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area. Flexible schedules include full-time and part-time positions with consistent clients and reliable hours.

Caregivers offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, meals, and light housekeeping, while upholding a respectful, supportive team environment and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
