Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking caring and dependable caregivers and CNAs to provide essential daily support to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte area. You will build meaningful relationships while helping clients stay comfortable, confident, and independent.

Positions include full-time and part-time hours with bi-weekly pay. Training and ongoing support are provided, with emphasis on reliable, compassionate care across client homes in the Charlotte metro area and

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Complete light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with daily living activities.

Skills

CNA license or caregiving experience
