Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home offers in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. We are looking for compassionate caregivers and CNAs who take pride in helping others and want to make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver09s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities

Skills

Compassionate and dependable

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 25 pounds

Pass background checks and screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CNA license or caregiving experience preferred

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
