Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area, enabling them to stay comfortable and independent at home.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling, consistent clients, and ongoing training. CNA preferred and a valid driver’s license are required or preferred, with background and TB screenings provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• CNA license or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.

Skills

CNA license or caregiving experience

18+ years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Job description

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
