Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home in the Charlotte metro area is seeking dependable caregivers and CNAs for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll help seniors and adults with daily activities, provide companionship, and support with bathing, meals, and light housekeeping.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to advance with a growing agency. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background, drug, TB screenings.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Complete light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with daily living activities.
