Touching Hearts at Home in the Charlotte metro area seeks compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities, delivering companionship, personal care, and support to help clients live safely at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time roles, consistent clients, ongoing training, and a supportive team. Pay ranges $16.00–$19.00 per hour, bi-weekly pay, with benefits and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities
