Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte area. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence in clients’ homes.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with paid orientation, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing agency. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• CNA license or caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help clients with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with activities of daily living
