Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home in Charlotte is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide essential daily support to seniors and adults with disabilities. You will build meaningful relationships while delivering in-home care and companionship in the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.

The roles offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities, reliable hours, paid training, and ongoing support from a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Complete light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with daily living activities.

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
