Job summary

Citizens Bankers at Citizens in Media, PA are responsible for helping customers with financial decisions, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them to digital banking tools. You’ll build lasting relationships, meet sales goals, and work with partners across Wealth Management and Mortgage.

You’ll handle outbound calls, schedule checkups, and follow policies and cash handling procedures while delivering trusted advice to protect customer interests and grow the branch’s success.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Strengthen relationships with teammates and partners through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and multitask capable.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.
• Must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Support spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options to customers.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies, procedures and cash handling rules.
