Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, dedicating time to understand customers and build lasting relationships through trusted advice.

As a Citizens Bankers team member, you will provide financial recommendations, support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, and guide customers through digital banking options while collaborating with Wealth Management and Mortgage partners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products/services
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Self-motivated and able to multitask
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings
• Comply with SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options (app/ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures and ensure cash handling compliance.
