Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology and resources.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and participates in branch operations.
