Job summary

PNC Exton is seeking a Personal Banker to grow the branch's customer base and deepen relationships at the Exton, PA location. You will deliver a full PNC conversation, identify customer needs, and present tailored banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing.

The role focuses on proactive outreach, lobby engagement, and collaboration with partners to expand share of wallet while ensuring risk controls and excellent service. In-office position supporting customers daily.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required; 3+ years experience preferred.
• Background in banking or financial services is desirable.
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive sales within a branch setting.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined process including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Educates customers on PNC options and leverages technology to support transactions.
