Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, and scheduling/cancelling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with the branch team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and using cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
