Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Comfort with using technology and digital banking tools.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to branch visitors.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital banking tools.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and offering suitable solutions.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
