Job summary

You’ll introduce digital options, collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams for more complex needs, and make outbound calls to engage new customers. Flexibility with hours and adherence to bank policies are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Strong collaboration with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks including NMLS identifiers.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities
