Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch-facing banker in Providence to help customers with everyday banking and financial decisions. You will build lasting relationships, offer trusted advice, and guide clients through spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs using digital tools.

You will collaborate with specialists across Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking while engaging in outbound outreach to grow the customer base. The role requires flexibility to work varied branch hours.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products/services in-person or by phone.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and solutions to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions aligned with customers' goals.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking through app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Adhere to all policies, cash handling, and regulatory requirements.
