A people-person with strong communication thrives in this role. You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to address diverse financial needs, including planning for the future, home purchases, or card openings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending/referring products.
• Demonstrated skills using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborative with teammates, partners, and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Help customers set personal financial goals and tailor solutions to achieve them.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking channels (app, ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash-handling procedures.
