Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Delivers hospitality ambassador experience and personalized client-first interactions.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
