Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military OK).
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must complete job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication: concise, clear and consistent.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates overall client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador for the location, delivering consistent, relationship-driven service.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities and connects them to specialists.
• Engages in proactive outreach and scheduling for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
• Advocates for clients with empathy and integrity.

Education

High school diploma or GED

1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients

Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred

Ability to work during operating hours incl. evenings, weekends and holidays

Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire

Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent

Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines

Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving

Proficient in Microsoft Office
