Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience, handling inquiries, issues and referrals.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to boost convenience.
• Schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepens opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with policies and risk controls in all interactions.
