Job summary

Citizens Bank in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. You will greet customers in the lobby, demonstrate mobile app/ATMs, and complete simple transactions to support everyday banking needs.

You will provide personalized advice to help customers reach financial goals, connect them with Bankers for next steps, and ensure compliance with all policies, including cash handling and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and assist with transactions via mobile app or ATMs.
• Provide personalized advice to help customers meet financial goals and connect them to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits while following all cash handling and regulatory policies.
• Work hours may include weekends and evenings.
