Job summary

Citizens Bank in New York is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers in our lobby, help them with the mobile app and ATMs, and complete simple transactions.

You will offer personalized advice to support customers' financial goals and connect them with Bankers for the next step, while following all policies and cash handling rules. This role requires flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our lobby and assist with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate how to use the mobile app and ATMs for simple tasks.
• Provide personalized advice to help customers achieve financial goals.
• Connect customers with Bankers for next steps and solutions.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
