Job summary

Citizens is seeking a friendly team member to greet customers in our lobbies, demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions, and create positive experiences by offering personalized advice and solutions that align with customers’ financial goals.

You will connect customers to Bankers for the next steps and educate them on Citizens products and benefits while following all policies.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our lobbies and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete tasks.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers meet financial goals and connect them to Bankers for the next step.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and applicable laws/regulations.
