Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• At least 1 year customer experience recommending products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Able to ask questions to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Problem solve and provide solutions; customer-centric service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support goals.
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.
