Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service while guiding clients through banking products and digital tools. You will greet clients, open accounts, and help with day-to-day transactions, aiming to exceed expectations.

You will build relationships by listening carefully, conveying product knowledge, and collaborating with the team to meet customers' financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience providing attentive client service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones, following policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and mobile/app self-service options.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
