Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations with defined process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by positioning PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and assisting in daily branch operations.
