Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to join our retail team in Glen Mills, PA at the Concordville Branch. You will drive customer acquisition, deepen relationships, and deliver proactive financial guidance while leveraging PNC solutions to meet client needs.

You will work in an in-office environment with a focus on customer service, risk management, and daily branch operations. Prior banking experience and a degree are valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a related role
• Associates or equivalent degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Background checks may be required by regulatory rules and company policy

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and grow wallet share.
• Deliver proactive sales conversations through a defined process and leverage ecosystem partnerships.
• Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty across client interactions.
• Ensure risk is managed by following policies and procedures and contributing to daily branch operations.
