Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience for branch banking roles.
• Associates degree or equivalent education required.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience and promote solutions to enhance customer financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow wallet share and loyalty.
