National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker) for our Central Avenue/Phoenix location. The role focuses on building relationships, selling bank products, and delivering personalized service to customers in a fast-paced branch setting.

The candidate will handle account openings, loans, referrals, and daily branch operations while maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in sales, teller, or related roles as noted in the job posting.
• Experience in financial sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong math and product knowledge for banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking with focus on sales and service, including new accounts and loans.
• Resolve client concerns directly or by referrals to other bank departments.
• Refer clients to bank products and services, including lending.
• Follow up with clients as needed and maintain relationships.
• Open/update accounts, process loans, and handle cash transactions as required.
• Deliver personalized service to meet each customer’s financial needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
